Exchange & Return Policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unworn

  • With original tags

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at zarikaa02@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

⚠️ Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at zarikaa02@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care / beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to:

  1. Return the original item (within 2 days)

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved

Refunds

  • We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary
